Punching bag made of a very durable plavil. Used for training both in boxing and all kinds of kicking sports (kickboxing, mma, taekwondo, muay tai, etc.). Training with a bag helps to improve the combination of strikes, punch strength and endurance. The bottom of the bag has a triangular handle that allows it to be attached to the ground or to the sack anchor.
The bag is full.

FILLED: foam-latex-rubber granules

BAG CLOSING: strong zipper hidden behind the collar
METHOD OF SUSPENSION: 4 chains connected with carabiners with triangular handles sewn to the bag. The stitching is additionally secured with a strong webbing collar sewn around the top of the bag. Chains are connected with an eyelet to which a swivel is attached. Chains can be replaced thanks to the use of snap hooks.
