HOOK punching bag, made of super durable, imported from Germany, certified Plavil material. This material is easy to clean and maintain. The bag has chains fastened with a carabiner - fitted to the hooks and shock-absorbing springs, as well as specially reinforced riveted lugs to the chain. Color: black - red. EMPTY.

How to fill a punching bag? Scraps of leather, fabrics or rags are best for this. You can get them for free (in most cases) at tailors or other factories that produce clothes etc. The bags must not be filled with sand, water or earth.
The bag is made in POLAND!
